Hello. I made a short animation in adobe flash and exported it as a video,

I want to use anime studio to continue, I know there is image trace for the individual frame but is there a way to image trace multiple frames to switch layers?

It's a street fighter cartoon done in the style of 1980s anime

I only really use AS just for like proof of concept animatics and some background stuff

I dunno what it is, some folks think referencing for animations is a bad thing in that, you're not drawing out of your head enough. Apparently its somehow better to draw an alfa romero car out of memory rather than look at an alfa romero car and draw it I'm just curious if you've ever run into this ...

flash has effects in it

I only really used the blur and glow effects and just speedlines- everything else is just animation

nope i used flash for most of it

i think AS is good for bkgrnds and things but its kinda limited for FBF stuff

in Gimp you can use the soft glow or in sony vegas you can use glow to create the bloom effect
