9 days seems unusual. If you want, you can pm me your email address and I can forward it to their sales team to look into. Maybe your emails are going to their spam (or maybe their responses are ending up in your spam, so check there if you haven't done so already).

Make sure your email provider isn't splitting the URL into 2 lines. If so, and if you're only clicking on the first half of the URL, then that's why. Copy and paste both parts of the URL into your browser.

Yeah, key cards are just the serial number (and the box displayed in the box art), no disc. You are free to make your own physical backup if you want.
