Something similar happened to me. In the end it was all because of a target bone. Save a copy of the original file and try deleting bone by bone and see if the same thing happens to you again. Maximum stretch for bones is quite interesting. But there could be a checkbox to mark values lower than 100%. We can do this with Dragon Matrix and MR Pose tool, which are external scripts, but it would be interesting to have it native as well. I also think it's very basic and should be included ...

I learned a lot of things from Victor, but I've never seen this before. I use target bones that way but without lengthening or shortening the bones.
I've been using Moho for many years but it's good to learn something new...

After further checking the problem might be in the combination of the Arc IK Solver option, angle constraints and a bone with dynamics but not in the Transform Rig tool.
Redoing the rig solved the problem.

The Moho team is doing a fantastic job to improve the program. There are also people creating amazing scripts that help us a lot to complement Moho (many thanks to all).
