Can you make an animation without a background, transparent, pre-keyed to use in live action videos.

Basically to overlay an animated character or banner on to live action video footage.

I have been wanting to make a type of slide show. I was wondering if the Image Sequence is used for this, if not what is it for?

If I draw a shape ( a square) then draw a separate design in side that, my problem mostly occurs when that design is not enclosed, it does not show up. Can you edit audio, like cropping mostly in Anime Studio Debut or should I be doing that in another program first?

I have Anime Studio Debut, I don't see a tutorial on the Fade in/out feature. I experimented with a bit, but I don't see it working. Does this effect only appear after rendering? How do you control the rate of the Fade?

I wish they would tell me that. So what are my options for audio syncing?

I'm doing the Tutorial 4.3 in the Anime Studio Debut 6 manual, this is the one where you animate a photo of Reagan to an audio file.
