I'm quite new to this software , but I wonder how to make a glow effect.Or how can I import one from different software .How do you masters of AS cope or had coped with this matter. debug mode

I am making an animation about a flower which grows from frame 1 to 48.
However is there a way to make 100 flowers (using Particles)but to keep the animation of the flower.This may sound silly but i am new to this software
